Conference dates

Studio Residency: Tues – Thur 20-22 September 2016 (start Tues 13.00) / Wolverhampton School of Art

Symposium: Fri 23 September 2016/ Arena Theatre

The event is structured in two parts, a 3-day ‘studio residency’ where we invite practitioners to develop work and engage with the studio practice. The residency closes with a one- day symposium at the end of the studio period.

Please note that the studio residency does not cover any expenses or material. You will be provided with a studio space. Light lunch and coffee/tea breaks will be available. A program of daily artists’ conversations will be published soon.

The symposium will consist of 20 Mins presentations of papers, followed by Q&A sessions and plenary session at the end.

Conference Fee

Studio Residency (3-day) £100 / Students £50

(attending the studio residency automatically entitles you to attend the symposium).

Symposium: £40 / Students £20

Includes buffet lunch and tea and coffee breaks.

The registration fee can be paid on the first day of the conference.

The workshop takes place in the Fine Art Department, Faculty of Arts (George Wallis Building / MK), University of Wolverhampton. Please find direction to the MK building below.
